Take care of your furniture
If you are kind to your furniture you will increase its life expectancy. Here are our top tips for longevity:
1. Turn the cushions on the benches and chairs so that they wear evenly.
2. Don't perch on the arms or stand on the mosaic table tops as this will weaken them as they are not designed to be stood on, and when wet the table tops can be very slippery.
3. Greying of the grout is not considered a fault with the mosaic but a natural weathering process, which we feel enhances its beauty.
4. Mosaics should be cleaned with warm water and a mild detergent only.
5. Scratches in the metalwork should be covered over with Black Satin Hammerite paint. This is widely available in spray form, and we suggest this is done annually. Remember to ensure that the mosaic is masked off before painting.
Furniture sets and cushions
Great care is taken to ensure that the set you choose is made to your satisfaction. However, in the unlikely event of any of our products being found faulty please contact us and let us know at info@hillbillycreek.co.uk.
We reserve the right to investigate any fault claim to determine its nature and cause. Where a fault is found that cannot be repaired, a replacement will be given. Returns or exchanges of non-faulty items may be given at our discretion. In such circumstances reasonable charges may be made to cover transport and any unrecoverable costs.
Replacement cushions can be purchased separately. Please enquire.

You will find the prices of our mosaic furniture sets on this website. All prices quoted include VAT at the current rate.

Dimensions are in all cases approximate.
Colour and Design reproduction
Please note that each mosaic is hand crafted using ceramic tiles and each set is unique. Therefore, the images on the website show a representation of the designs available. The actual colours of the tiles used within each set may vary slightly, but we endeavour to produce as close a colour match as possible.
Every set created is stamped with its own Studio Number, and a photographic record of every design set is retained. This gives us a permanent record of the sets sold and should there be additional orders we can match tiles/colours as close as possible to your existing set.
Postage and Packing
Although we retain a small number of sets in stock, the majority of our mosaics are hand-made to order. To allow for drying times, sets are usually ready for dispatch within 28 days. If we anticipate your set will take longer than this, or will be delayed for any other reason, we will advise you by e-mail or telephone within 48 hours of receiving your order.
All prices shown on the website include delivery and packaging to mainland UK. Additional charges may be incurred for delivery to the Scottish Highlands and other areas outside of the UK, please contact us direct for further information.
Wherever possible we will either deliver ourselves or use an overnight parcel service to deliver any furniture, and inform you of an expected delivery date before all orders are checked and despatched from our workshop. It is not always possible to supply a consignment number for tracking items, but when we can we will inform you for your peace of mind.
Change or cancel an order
If you wish to change or cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible by phone or at info@hillbillycreek.co.uk and we will be happy to assist in any way that we can. Once a set is in production it may not be possible to change or alter.
Please note that bespoke orders are undertaken only after an agreed cost and design fee have been approved. We regret that No cancellation is possible once a bespoke order has been initiated.
